Cindy [redacted] this is such a lie she sat her daughter with carrier down on my kitchen cabinet then moved her to another cabinet and said my cabinets weren't big enough she needed a place to go to to change her. I only went into the living room because you could tell these people were not to be trusted. I wish I would have not let them in my house at all. Shady very shady people. I didn't want her in my room by herself as she was already looking at everything I own. I am not the first unsatisfied customer. I have heard of many many other people. Look at you tube and other on line places you will see the remarks. I asked many questions as how do I know if it is fixed because he fixed it in less than five minutes and nearly ran out the back door. I called all week to get them to refix what they done. They never answered till on Thursday and I call from a different number is the only reason why they answered. Because my home phone has a blocked number. She was trying to talk to me as he was cussing me out. She then assured me she would be at my house by five. I had to stay home and wait for her and I missed a very important funeral. I waited and then a five I called back because no one came. He answered the phone and said he was in a situation and I would have to wait however long it took. Ten minutes later I logged onto facebook and in our county news was a headline that someone was holding a person hostage in Cloverdale , In. He held he girlfriend of which they said they were married and kids hostage. They had almost every cop and swat team in Putnam county there. It was on the news, newspapers, internet everywhere. It is to my knowledge these people have been on the Maury Show. They have made numerous you tube accounts making fun of the local police because cps has came and took every child they have had away from them. This man does not deserve to have a business and a physco like this doesn't need to go to anyones house and do service. I do deserve my $100.00 back because they never came and done anything like they said. He is probably in jail but she can do the work herself. So because of them I lost hundreds of dollars in insulin and still didn't get my refrigerator fixed. I couldn't wait for them to get out of my house and I never want them near me or my house again. I want a full refund. I'm not sure the business is even there now. They are habitual liars.
