I made an appointment with this organization to have service on an applianceThey called to reschedule the first appointment for a days laterThe day prior to that appointment they called to reschedule for days after thatI am still waiting for service on my applianceTheir response was to tell me to go back to the warranty people and request another service provider or to take their appointmentThis is horrible customer service and I highly recommend staying away from The Appliance Guy

Best service I have ever received from this type of business,reliable,friendly,fantastic customer service,follow through on repairs.This is the only appliance repair company I will use from now on,I wish everybody I deal with was as customer orientated as this company,totally trustworthy1!!

Please do NOT utilize The Appliance Guy from *** We made an appointment over three weeks in advance for our LG Dishwasher to be fixed The company where we purchased it said they would cover PARTS AND LABOR The reason why we requested the appointment so far in advance, was so we could have a morning appt Just days prior to the appt, they called and said it was not possible - only an afternoon appt would work for them When he arrived, the OWNER OF THE APPLIANCE GUY, diagnosed the issue and said we needed a main circuit and gasket But he didn\'t have any parts with him (and he was well aware of the dishwasher problem when the appt was made) Then the Owner was pretty rude to my wife and she was rude back The Appliance Guy didn\'t do what he was supposed to do (fix a year old dishwasher, he wasted weeks of us waiting for him to come, and was rude on top of it (didn\'t take off his muddy shoes either)Pease use another company!

Had appointment scheduled, I took the day off to be there from 1- They called the morning of, and stated because it snowed in woodland park, they would not be going up Not enough snow/ice for school to be closed!!! it was about inches, and by 11am the roads were completely bare Don't see why they couldn't still make their afternoon appointments!!! I told them they would then need to work around MY schedule (since THEY decided to not keep the appointment that they made), and they would have to come the next week after 4pm They were unwilling to accommodate!
I'm sorry, but if a little bit of snow is going to stop them from making their appointments, then they need to move to Florida!

I made an appointment with this organization to have service on an appliance. They called to reschedule the first appointment for a 8 days later. The day prior to that appointment they called to reschedule for 10 days after that. I am still waiting for service on my appliance. Their response was to tell me to go back to the warranty people and request another service provider or to take their appointment. This is horrible customer service and I highly recommend staying away from The Appliance Guy.
