Review: Called on them to repair two (2) wine refrigerators. Appliance Repair Geeks came out and looked at both refrigerators. Unable to repair them, the tech said he had to do some research and would return. He removed the mother board from both refrigerators to have them rebuilt. It would cost $930 total to have both boards rebuilt. I paid $465 at that time to have them sent to be rebuilt, with the remaining $465 owing once refrigerators were repaired. After having them rebuilt, which took much longer than I was informed of, the mother boards where re-installed. The following day I called them that the refrigerators were still not working. The tech returned and spent another hour or so working on them. At that time he informed me that he could not get them to work and I would see my money returned. Both refrigerators where, and still is, in pieces. Have tried many times to contact them both by phone and email to no avail. They seem to have disappeared...hoping you can help me.

Mr. [redacted]Desired Settlement: Would like the full refund of $365 deposit for the repair of the mother boards. The service call was another $49 which was paid during the first service call.

2. Spent about one hour at the house doing the repair.

3. Labor charge? excessively high.

4. Microwave worked 8 days. Now it does not.

5. Business card states, "Free service call with repair"

Invoice states charge for service call.Desired Settlement: Consumer would like business to repair microwave correctly. In addition, a partial refund is necessary due to the invalid charges on the invoice. The service call should have not been charged. As far as the labor charge, it must me modified, as it is incorrect and definitely unreasonable.

Consumer states that the business has failed to follow through with the agreement in their response. Business informed consumer that the circuit board required to repair the unit was no longer available. Consumer contacted local business([redacted]) and business confirmed circuit board for the unit was available. With that said, consumer has offered business to either repair the unit correctly at their cost, as the services have already been paid for, or consumer is willing to settle the matter for $200 even though he no longer has a working microwave. Business has yet to respond to consumer regarding the proposal. Consumer believes the business has not made a reasonable effort to resolve the situation.
