The Appliance Repairmen

The prior complaint sounds very similar to myOur convection oven was no longer workingIn August we found them via the online yellow pages as a local appliance repair companyThe charged us $dollars to "hold" the appointmentThey came and ended up taking the oven's "motherboard" stating that it would take $500+ to repairThat same day they charged our account for the $500+ It is now November and our oven has not yet been repairedRepeated calls yield no resultsThe last time we spoke to them was a month or so ago and they said that they could not repair so they sent it to the manufacturer to be repaired Do we have any recourse?

SERVICE TECH is a no show for days, stories change daily
Office set time ,tech does whatever he wants Which in my case nothing but excuses
Part paid for ,service call paid for
I have nothing but a broke refrigerator still
I have requested a different tech and that does not seems to a reasonable option for this company

The charged us $80 dollars to "hold" the appointment. They came and ended up taking the oven's "motherboard" stating that it would take $500+ to repair. That same day they charged our account for the $500+.

It is now November and our oven has not yet been repaired. Repeated calls yield no results. The last time we spoke to them was a month or so ago and they said that they could not repair so they sent it to the manufacturer to be repaired.

Do we have any recourse?
