During this time, I had to prioritize sales over other cases, and again by closing dates. Your contract states a closing date of July 20, or later. Apparently, you moved the date up, which I did not know. The appraisal was delivered in plenty of time to make that date.
I did not charge extra for a rush appraisal, it was my regular fee for that location. The fee I was paid should be broken down on your HUD-1.
I'm sorry that this caused you inconvenience and that you were not able to obtain an early move in agreement. Hopefully, you'll enjoy your nice home.
