The Aqua Men Pool Service

Hired this pool service over a year ago, started out great but lapsed into an undependable serviceFailed to respond to calls and messages on pool problem, pool was starting to turn green two weeks went by and our pool now looked like a swamp, and of course our credit card was being charged, finally terminated our agreement two stars only because he started out good

We hired *** from Aqua Men to for a "Green to Clean" and to fix a pool leak He said it would be an easy fix He would seal the valve and fill the hole with concrete, it was leaking at the diverter valve for the jets After the leak was fixed we noticed the jets were not working properly Now half of the jets were turned on We called him and he said he would have to chisel out the concrete he had now poured to turn back on the jets (apparently that were left off before he poured the concrete) He also had not finished the "Green to Clean" which we had already paid him for He never returned and consequently is not answering any phone calls We are now stuck with a more broken and dirty pool yet paid to have our pool left in a worse condition

I hired KRIS with the Aquamen pools a few years back around the summer of he has been a God send, he has worked with us on a pump issue and even took payments as I was recovering from knee surgeryI saw his review and felt like I needed to set it straightHes a great service and maintance pool provider, I have recommened him to family and friends wich he still does service currently

This company has serviced my pool (cleaned and added necessary chemicals) during summer months for the past several years They cover the pool for me for the winter monthsThe pool water has always been clean and clear and the pool free from
algaeThe owner has always been most cooperative and willing to answer any question I might have either at he pool or by phoneI would not hesitate to recommend this pool service to anyone

I wrote a review yesterday negative he finally came back on the 27th of the month and gave us back $of the $we gave him and I fired him

What started out as a positive interaction with lots of great promises for changing the liner on our above ground pool has turned into a complete frustrating nightmareAfter multiple trips to our home to supposedly fix the issues, we were left with a skimmer that leaked, a stripped screw left in the faceplate, a wrinkled liner in several places, the old liner to dispose of, and a very noticeable non-level poolIt has now been over two weeks since I last heard from the owner where he said he would be out the next day to fix the leak (never showed)My husband and I are beyond disappointed spending $for a job that looks unprofessionalUpon looking to fix issues ourself, we are discovering old coping that we were told would be replaced (and we paid for new material) and screws are missing for the top connectorsI am giving two stars because he technically got the new liner put in but I definitely do not feel we got what we were promised at allThere is no way I would feel confident in recommending this company after what we have been throughI am still waiting for a receipt for the second check I gave him and an explanation for the $material fee
