Review: On Thursday February 14 2013 I received my order(#[redacted]) from the Aquatic Depot. Upon trying to install the new canister head I found that the Impeller shaft was broken rendering the part useless. I attempted to notify them that night but could not find support . The next morning I found the store on line in the white pages. I attempted to call but the line was dedicated to faxes. Upon going to work I sent them a fax expressing my gratitude for their quick service but my need for direction as to my broken part and what route I was to follow in correcting the problem. I have not had a reply from them to date.Desired Settlement: I have all ready had to buy a cheap filter to maintain my tank so all I want is to replace the canister head with one with a working impeller.
