The Arbors at Forest Ridge

When I first moved here one and a half years ago it was a fairly nice placeThat is no longer the case
They charge you for concierge trash service which is not an optionIt used to go to a trash compactor near the back of the complex behind a gated fenceApproximately seven months ago it no longer worked so they brought in a large dumpster which they placed in the parking lotI am a reasonable person and if it had been temporary I would have accepted itWhen I ask, the standard answer is management hasn't decided whether to fix the existing one or lease a new oneIn the meantime I have to drive past a smelly dumpster in the degree weather here in DallasPeople from outside the community dump their trash in at nightCan we stop paying the concierge trash service? No, they say its part of the lease
Fees are added every few monthFor instance you have to pay a fee for them to accept packagesThat changed since I've moved inIts a gated community so they cant come inOf course the gates work weeks out of the month
The jacuzzi hasn't worked since I've been here, not that I would use it anyway, but it is an amenity they advertise
One of the covered parking spaces had a tree fall on it a year ago and its bent down making it unusable for a car to useLooks terrible
There are many other issues, but I will leave it therePeople are leaving left and right

On Thurs7/7/my wife and I went to The Arbors on Forest Ridge to turn in our application and administration feesWe were told by the apartment manager, *** ***, that we'd be notified by the end of day on Friday, 7/8/if we were approved to begin rentingWe received no call as promisedFor the next days, we attempted to call the business between 10-times without anyone answeringOn Mon., 7/11/16, we called again and ***s assistant, *** ***, answered the phone and stated to us that they had not begun the approval process and would call us by the end of day; no telephone call receivedOn Tues., 7/12/16, we went to The Arbors and spoke with *** in her office in which she stated that an employee tripped over a phone cord which rendered the phone lines unusable; *** explained further that the phone lines were damaged to the extent that they were crossing with *** restaurant down the streetShe confirmed we were approved and to return the next day to sign t
