I am rejecting this response because:
Ms. [redacted] is lying in regards to me being offered another apartment and the fact that the dishwasher has NOT been replaced. The work order is closed but it was supposed to be replaced and as of today it has not been. Gnats are still in my apartment as well. They are even in the refrigerator its so bad. No notice was even given to me of when they entered the apartment to spray for the gnats as required in the lease. This is why I asked that they not enter without me being present because of the lying. When Rotor Rooter Plumbing SUPPOSEDLY came to fix the drain issue I waited for two days for them to show over the weekend, but they arrived again when I was at work...and not surprisingly a week later the pipes busted for the fourth time. They now have charged me $850 and are sending text messages to my phone stating that my rent was late for March 2017. The check was cleared 03 March by Arbors of Killeen. I have called and emailed numerous times and still no one has responded. In reference to me being contacted during the beginning of Feb. 2017; I was out of town for one week...not two and I called them as soon as I returned. Ms. [redacted] just started working there that time, so her efforts to reach me was only because of that; I have been having issues with this apartment complex since September 2016; she clearly has no knowledge of this as she is fairly new. It still appears that she practices the same unprofessional behaviors by lying stating that the filthy dishwasher in my apartment was replaced and it wasn't. I still need the issue to be fixed. I am not paying any additional money to them and my rent was not late, where is the contact information for that? I feel as if I am being targeted because I requested to move out. As a member of the United Sates Army I don't even understand why they are treating me this way. This company is a disgrace and I look forward to closure and compensation for all the back and forth lack of proper communication and unfit living conditions.
