The original work order that was written up for the installers it was for us to replace the missing/damaged piece of gutter &...
downspout. Once the work was completed I sent out an invoice for the work that was ordered, My installers do not do the invoicing so the original work order was not adjusted to show that someone else had replaced the piece of gutter but not the downspout. Once Mr. [redacted] received a bill from both companies he called the office & explained to me what had happened, at that time I looked into it & realized that we only replaced the downspout on his home & adjusted his bill at that time to reflect the fee for the downspout replacement & he was charged a flat minimum fee for the service work. Mr. [redacted] then sent in a payment toward his bill & I invoiced him for the remaining balance. With his second payment that was issued I went ahead & adjusted his remaining balance that was still owed down to zero & sent him a receipt showing it was paid in full. Also contacted Mr. [redacted] to apologize again for all the miscommunication & to let him know that his invoice was paid in full. The following day after talking with Mr. [redacted] I received the information from the Revdex.com.
