I have previously sent you a copy of the member's signed membership agreement, and account payment history.I am saddened to hear that Mr*** has accused The Arena of any poor business practices. The Arena takes pride in our professionalism as a business, in providing the best Mixed
Martial Arts training environment available in San Diego. I have been the General Manager for The Arena gym for the past years. In those years, we have had roughly 8,prospective members visit the gym. Some have inquired about pricing, tried out classes, or taken a tour of our facilities. Eventually, about decided to become members. We have always only offered a Free One Day Trial. We have never offered a Day Trial, as the member in question has stated. Also, we use a simple laminate sheet that consist of simple membership options with pricing, and notate an initiation fee. Once a membership is chosen (never pressured into), a simple one page agreement (which I have sent you a copy of) is explained, then agreed to, and signed by the member. A carbon copy is immediately given to the member, and a PDF version is sent via email to the member's email address on file.To cancel the membership, the member must adhere to the terms set forth on the signed agreement form. We are not responsible for the member's execution of the cancel procedures. Thank you for your time regarding this matter
