[redacted]:It is unfortunate that management at Arizona Car Wash Company refuses to acknowledge the nature of my complaint and refuses to examine my disposition. This is a situation that could have been handled in less than 5 minutes at the business or less than 10 minutes over the phone after the fact. Due to the inappropriate treatement by the management at location of the business, and the disproportionate and absurd return phone call by the Vice President of the company, it is clear to me that I am not dealing with people of a reasonable nature. It is clear they do not care for clients utilizing the entry level car wash services and that they make no distinction between the 3 dollar wash and 6 dollar wash despite promises made by attendant at the point of sale. With that said I I chose to voluntarily take my car washing business elsewhere and not return to the Arizona Car Wash Company for my car cleaning needs. My attempts to have a meaningful business solution based conversation has not worked and as such it is clear to me that we will agree to disagree. This issue has already consumed more time than the issue warrants and as such I chose to cut my losses and move on with life.
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me. I will wait until for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved.

When he called me I was naturally upset because he blocked our business from being conducted. We have 32 cameras here and have his hand gestures and his vehicle blocking our entrance. Please remove this complaint and lets leave the [redacted] for actual issues. You cant post something and make it public without actual proof.
