Please find the attached conversation where the dealer OFFERS a price, I then ACCEPT, and he confirms by saying "DEAL" This is pretty cut and dry as an agreed upon price and deal, which you see in the last two conversations he decides they will just get more because of demand after we made the deal Please help resolve!

In researching the entire transaction, we don't understand how the vehicle was advertised at 96K miles, but prior to the completion of the purchase of the vehicle the customer was notified that the car did in fact have 142k miles and nothing was said and she chose to go forward with the purchase Also when browsing the rest of the pictures online it showed the odometer reading on the actual car at 142K miles The vehicle transaction is also recorded on a CD in the first min the miles were stated and she signed without hesitation and did not seem surprised by the miles Also within that same time frame our finance manager told her twice that she would be getting a call when the title was ready and not to take the papers straight to MVD She would need the title to register this carThe vehicle was taken to a technician in service to fix the gas door, if there had been a noise at that time they would have addressed it then She was not denied a check of the vehicle, Jude simply told her to drive it a couple days and bring it back if the noise returned We do not feel like we misled Ms [redacted] in any way

Sorry to have made you feel this way, but we purchased the car in a package with others This particular car was having a clutch installed at the time we were purchasing the package, we were told we would have the car in days days turned into days we finally received the vehicleMeanwhile we received inquiries about the vehicle and every person was extremely aggressive about wanting to wire the money We had one guy offer over our asking price After looking over your test messages this vehicle does not meet your criteria Sorry for the misunderstanding and the delay

I am rejecting this response because:I reject the business response because I was scammed over the vehicle’s mileageThere was no odometer reading and it was clearly stated on your website (from the website snapshot I provided) that the vehicle had in fact a mileage of 96KIn addition to your employee on the phone and your sales person who confirmed the mileage of 96KI don’t understand how the business works, when I met the finance person, he mentioned the mileage of 142K but I already have signed at that timeI was a first time buyer and Jude was very persistent to sell the carI felt I won’t be able to leave the dealership without signingI’m a lady and was pushed and pushed until I completed the transactionWhen I complained about the noise in the car, Jude denied the service check because he didn’t want to be bothered, he could have asked me to take it to their service garage but he was indifferent and he treated me like he wanted me out of the dealership after I paid in full

Ms*** purchased a BMW Xat our Lomas location She returned approximately one year after the date of purchase and explained that she was having issues with the transmission She wanted to trade it in for something else Ms*** has been a loyal and repeat customer
and we were more than willing to assist her with the situation We took the BMW in on trade at a higher market value than the national average and were able to get her into a newer, lower mileage vehicle that better suited her needs M&F Auto SAles looks forward to doing business with Ms*** in the future

My wife and I went into the dealershipWe were misslesd and released our personal credit information for them to send us to our specified credit unionCertainly not all the different lenders we have gotten letters fromThe burdon for production of documents is the sole responsibility of M And F

Miss *** purchased a Honda Civic on 9/2/16, at the time of purchase she made a partial down payment of the amount needed to secure her financing She had agreed to complete the final $of the down payment within days of the original sales date She was also given a list of
several other items needed by the bank in order for her financing to be completed Since she lives plus hours from Albuquerque M&F agreed to help her out and allow the additional documents to be faxed into the dealership upon her return home On the 5th day we reached out to Miss *** to finalize the down payment and the remaining documents still needed, with no success in our attempts to contact her At this point we were unsuccessful in reaching Miss*** for almost weeks.Once Miss*** returned our calls and messages that we left with her work she informed us that she had lost her cell phone and had no intentions of replacing it anytime soon She then gave us an email to contact her further We did finally receive the additional documents needed in the middle of October, however the final part of her down payment was not made until 10/25/more than weeks from the original agreement made between M&F and Miss*** At this time we informed her that new contracts would have to be signed since the original approval from the bank (Lobel Financial) had expired She then informed us that the car was broken down and she could not make it to Albuquerque to resign We then offered to repair the vehicle for her at no additional cost to her She agreed and said she would have to wait for her son to help her tow the vehicle to Albuquerque At this point we did offer to have a sales representative drive to her to complete the new sales contract that was exactly the same as the previous contract except for a new date for her 1st payment to me made We informed her at this time that she had to have a working telephone number for the bank to complete her loan package Miss*** then gave us a new number that was supposed to be a home phone and we passed this information along to the bank Upon the banks attempts to contact Miss*** the home phone number was discovered to only be an internet line, the bank then contacted Miss*** at her work to verify additional information Miss *** then informed the bank that she would not be replacing her cell phone anytime soon and they they would have to work with the information they were already given The bank the contacted us to inform us that they would only continue on further with the install of a GPS unit on the vehicle since Miss*** was not willing to comply with there other requests At this point M&F Auto one again contacted Miss*** to install the GPS unit, she first declined then agreed but said she was out of town until 11/30/ This was the last contact M&F Auto had from Miss *** until receiving this email from the Revdex.com

The owner of M&F Auto Sales and Mr*** have come to an agreement and the vehicle has been traded in and the issues were resolved and customer was satisfied with the results.Tell us why here

I am rejecting this response because: I had a very clearly agreed upon deal and price with the seller as proven by my text conversation with the sales person I was to get first chance at the car which I was not given The conversation is CRYSTAL clear, that we had agreed on a price and I would be able to have an inspection made when the car was delivered, none of this happened and the dealer is now trying to lie to get out of the sale Please help make sure no other consumers get ripped of by this dealer any more

The owner has since been in contact with customer and is working to fix all issues.

We have an open case with Ms. [redacted] through the Attorney General's office.  Which we are handling accordingly. Sorry this has taken so long, we have come to a resolution with Ms. [redacted].  Out of good faith we offered to pay for the  repair of the worn upper control arms on...

her vehicle.  Which she has accepted.

I am rejecting this response because: Our credit was shopped with numerous lenders, when we were in fact told that they were only sending information to our lender, [redacted]. As a matter of fact no information was shared with our lender by M & F. In addition we were not in agreement with any terms BEFORE our credit file was shopped to their group of lenders. WITHOUT an agreement on price and trade in offers, it is FRAUD to do what you all have done. You did not have our consent to share any of our personal information, without an agreement on numbers. SO by LEGAL DEFINITION, you have done a lot wrong.  All Rights Reserved, UCC 1~308, 415

M&F Auto Sales Inc. has a 30 day 1000 mile limited warranty on all vehicles sold.  After selling the vehicle, the [redacted]'s brought the vehicle back to service 292 miles later on June 25th we found a faulty crankshaft vent valve and we replaced it.  Then on July 16th, now 1664 miles...

from date of purchase, we found a baffle in valve cover leaking oil into intake manifold and a thermostat housing leaking.  M&F Auto Sales replaced all of this to fix customer's vehicle even though it was well past the 1000 miles.  We were never contracted about the other repairs that had been done at a different mechanic shop, nor can we honor a different facilities repairs or be held responsible.  We were contacted again on November 10th by the [redacted]'s that the Land Rover had broken down, so we told them to have the vehicle towed in, we diagnosed it with fuel pump failing when vehicle gets to operating temperature.  We called Mr. [redacted] numerous times leaving messages to see if they wanted to authorize the repairs, with no response for 5 days.  Then we got a call from Mr. [redacted] asking about the status and when we told him we were waiting for them to authorize repairs, he said he needed to speak with his wife.  Then another 5 days goes by and he calls back in almost forgetting about the conversation he had with our manager for authorizing the repairs, when our manager said we are still waiting for you to speak with your wife to authorize the repairs, Mr. [redacted] said oh yeah okay ill call back.  Then another 5 days later he called back  and said he was having a tow truck come to pick up his car, he paid for the diagnosis and has never returned.  M&F Auto Sales honored the customer's requests for repairs even though it had passed the 1000 mile limited warranty we feel we have done nothing wrong and have help the customer's the best we could.
