The A.R.M.S. Corp.

Review: The [redacted], conducted document preparation for a loan modification. Taking payment for what was supposed to be a free service, he was paid a total of $4100 to prepare such paperwork which the bank deemed useless. Historically, [redacted] has had many charges brought against him in regards to fraudulent financial practices, and it's not his first time scamming a US Service Member. In a phone conversation I had with [redacted] on ** April 2014, I asked [redacted] for a refund. He responded with profane and vulgar language, stating that he performed his end of the contract. I have informed him that I will take legal action against him.

Please assist in this matter as I am not the first person to have problems with this individual. His previous business names were RH Funding, A.R.M.S. Corp, Alpha Tax Services, etc. The list goes on.Desired Settlement: This person needs to be barred from conducting any business in any state. [redacted] should have his CPA license stripped so that he doesn't hurt another person again. Additionally, he needs to answer for targeting US Service Members and scamming them out of thousands of dollars.
