Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint [Provide details of why you are not satisfied with this resolution.] Regards, I am not happy with the responseI too am in business and I feel that my word should be worth somethingI too also realize that things do happenI was offered my money back on several occasions if I didn't or couldn't wait any moreI choose to wait, but I was never told in any way that the price would go up.I believe my case is different because they made so many errors in this like selling the pistol to the wrong customerIf they had called me once they figured out what had happened and appoligized and taken the lose for their errorI would have been ok even it it wasn't the color of pistol that I originally asked and paid in full for.The Arms room was quick to shut me up and get me out of their hairI was never told look we made a mistake allow me to try to make it right how about we split the increase in price or here get something out of thisSo now they continue to not properly disclose to their customers who order goods from them.My father was sold my pistol because we have the same name except he is jr.just about months or so before I was given the call that my pistol had come in, now I have to pay over $more because of there mistake makes zero sense I have moved so as of today I have not received the check because I no longer live at the same address.I don't see why the arms room lacks the ethics to just sell and deliver me my pistol.I don't want the money I want my pistol.they were never able to meet in the middle with me or do something to compensate for the mistakes they have donethis can be a very simple fix for the arms room just do the right thing.Now there is a check floating around that may never get to me either.I won't stop until they make this right

Ms. [redacted] was given false information,  we have several firearms for the sales price of $200. We have put that there are limited quantities and also limited to one per customer. I apologize for the misinformation.

I am not happy with the response. I too am in business and I feel that my word should be worth something. I too also realize that things do happen. I was offered my money back on several occasions if I didn't or couldn't wait any more. I choose to wait, but I was never told in any way that the price would go up.I believe my case is different because they made so many errors in this like selling the pistol to the wrong customer. WE offered Mr. [redacted] his money back on several occasions since we could not get the firearm he wanted, he would get mad and hang up on us when we offered him a refund. The cost of the gun has gone up in the two and a half years he has been waiting. I sent him a refund check to the address we have on...
