This is for the Art of Shaving divisionIn December I bought a shaving kit for $I was given a similar kit for the same company as a gift and decided to keep the giftWithin days of returning to the location where I bought it, Perimeter Mall in Dunwoody, GA, the store was closedI contacted the corporate office and they sent a Fedex label and asked me to return the items for a refundI did so in JanuarySince then they have not refunded my money after multiple attemptsAt this point they have the items I bought and I am out the full purchase price.Product_Or_Service: Art of Shaving Shaving items

Received a bad haircut which has left a permeant scare
The barber admitted that he cut my hair wrong when he was ask about the situation

Overpricing of goods- on 8/15/I shopped the Tyson's Corner location and purchased the Lexington Razor (manual shaver) at $ The shaving head is the Gillette Fusion Proglide w/ Flex Handle Technology Beleiving I made a good selection following the reccomendation of the Sales Associate I was pleased to purchase Coincidetally and on the same day I stopped by a local CVS store and happened to walk pass men's shavers There I found the identical shaving head, Gillette Fusion Proglide w/ Flex Handle Technology The handle having nearly the same weight at just under $($on Amazon)
Yes, the handles are different material and color Is is not sterling silver, silver plated, or stainless steel and the nearly 1,000% price difference is outrageous and excessive
Yes, I am returning the unused product today I will further cease from buying my other shaving products from this outlet

Review: On august 4 2013 I purchased a stainless steel straight blade at The Art of Shaving location in [redacted] Plaza in [redacted] Mass. I followed instructions as I was told in caring for the blade and after 3 weeks the back of the blade is rusty. I called the store and the store associates we very helpful but they said returns of those items were above the store level so the gentleman contacted his district manager. I never got a call from the DM but the store associate called me back with an 800 number for customer service and instructed me to call that number to resolve the issue. I then called that number and the phone operator quickly said all sales were final and asked me if I needed anything else. Horrible service and horrible merchandise. I paid $175 for the razor and I should not have any problems at all especially within the first month. Its a great idea and I love the razor however if they are going to rust so quickly then they should lower the price. I will not be shopping there again.Desired Settlement: I asked for an exchange or even credit to buy a better razor.
