I am rejecting this response because: I have phone records indicating I had contact with upper management on multiple occasionsAnna from PMI was who I contacted when I originally had issues with my black water and no air conditioner for over weeksAnna is the one who said all she could do about the matter was discount my rent only $And I have left numerous voicemails with corporate who has failed to reply.

Unfortunately at this time due to the fact that it has been months since the issues were first addressed and no further action was pursued to break the lease at that time we will not be compensating the complainant any more than we already have

December 06, Regarding Inquiry No.: *** To Whom It May Concern: After further research of this matter, I do not find that any records relating to the maintenance issues noted in the complaintNotice to vacate was received on 11/01/and the complainant vacated the unit on 11/30/
The complaint states that these issues started in March shortly after move in, if that was the case why did it take months for the complainant to decide to move out or address with upper Management?
