I demand proof that my credit/debit card was ever declined. And, I demand proof for any other allegations made by this business now or in the future. Moreover, the only communication received from either the Revdex.com or the business in question is only contained in the aforementioned letter. Consequently, there has been no opportunity for resolution.Also after reading the business' response to my complaint, as is shown in the attachment to your written communication, I am more convinced to see this complaint through to completion. I firmly believe that I need protection from this business and that others' may as well given the severe backlash received.Importantly, I also have good reason to believe that some of this business' practices are unsanitary which could pose potential health risks to consumers. For example, as a customer, I know that client's faces are no longer cleansed prior to the application of make-up and that the brushes used are not cleaned after each client, as they should be. It is my impression that these necessary sanitary action were ceased to reduce overhead costs.Furthermore, I would be remiss if I failed to state that in retaliation to this whole unfortunate affair, that the response provided to you is blatantly false. I would now like to expand my complaint to address those untruths provided. Specifically, in my three years with this business, there was NEVER any time where my card was declined for services unless the reference here relates to having a new bank card issued. I'm not sure; but, in the context of the response given to my complaint the implication is that I failed to intentionally pay for services WHICH NEVER HAPPENED. In fact, oftentimes, I paid over $[redacted] a month for makeup services which ALWAYS to include an additional **% tip. In terms of being rude, I will concede that I was extremely unpleasant when, after scheduling an appointment last August 2016, I showed up ON TIME as I always did only to find this business completely closed. What I should have done was never looked back but instead I did address this level of unprofessional-ism with the owner to which she apologized, as did I for my response to being stood up, and we attempted to move forward. I thought we had; but, clearly I was wrong. The only other time in our professional history of me being classified as rude by her is when she sent me a text on my personal cell phone dismissing me as her client August of 2017 which also stated that my daughter is disrespectful. That text was random and completely out of the blue simply because she had rendered poor service to my daughter. When my daughter attempted to resolve it with her,without any interference from me, there was little to no sense of urgency in that my daughter had to make several attempts to get and hold the business' attention. The matter could only be resolved with a request for a full refund, which my daughter received timely. My daughter was left to own devices to resolve the problem of having failed lash extensions, which could have caused her severe or permanent eye damage. I did not respond well to the business' text on the following grounds: (1) having my daughter's safety and health placed in risk (2) having no help from the business to resolve the mistakes (3) the business responding negatively when approached for aid and failing to provide proper professional guidance (4) failing to understand the severity of damage that could be caused by poor application of eyelash extensions (5) being dismissed as a client based on the business' inability to rendered satisfactory services to another client and (6) having my daughter's character attacked for no good reason. My daughter is a small business owner and is an academic scholar who graduated from St. Catherine's and VCU, with honors. She is a manager at her place of business and is CEO of her own company. I assure you, that if you checked her history from kindergarten to now you will not find ONE person who has ever found her to be anything other than exceptionally sweet, fair, kind, and professional. Her demeanor is the impetus for being so taken aback by someone who was so careless with my recommendation, and with a client like that. To have someone, speak negatively about anyone like that is difficult enough; for that someone to be your child is impossible and is completely unacceptable.For the record, I am a professional who paid very good money to an ungrateful business. In spite of many her challenges, I continued efforts to help her grow her business by staying on as a loyal customer and by referring many others to her because I understand that everyone makes mistakes and that so long as contrition is shown everyone should move forward. However, what I will not tolerate is paying good money to and wasting time with someone who finds it okay to text my personal phone dismissing me for issues I had nothing to do with and for attacking my family's character for her mistakes. Please, do not close this case. I will call [redacted] to further discuss this. If possible, please forward this email to him or to whomever is deemed appropriate. Thank you.
