To the Revdex.com.We conduct an after school enrichment center.? The enrollment paperwork has a signature page including policies that state no refunds on tuition with no exceptions.We do not have a $cancellation fee in our policies.? The customer has hopped between multiple childrens' centers and has quoted this likely from another program.? What we have is a two page registration form, and We have a no refunds policy with other policies on the signature page.Fall of the customer decided to do an week winter quarter prorated reservation to receive a 15% savings off of that total tuition instead of their usual week tuition rate with no discount.? After school reservation blocks a seat in our program, and the funds from tuitions are allocated to the staffing and facility expenses for each student, which is the origin of our no refunds policy as stated in the enrollment paperworkAbout two weeks after we gave them a discount on the week reservation for winter quarter (savings discount we provided them), they went and also paid to block a seat in Boys and Girls Club to start attending the next month and then came back and informed us after the fact and after double booking our program and boys and girls clubThey stated they would like a refund at which time we verbally reminded them that our tuition is non refundable as stated in our registration paperwork that all families complete during enrollment.? They made a personal choice to double book another program after taking our savings offer and then came back to us to get a refund after booking a second program elsewhere.? We explored the possibility of a refund in January, however their reservation of a seat in our program and the resources from that reservation being already used for the provisions that were in place for that seat, and the abrupt consequences we faced from their personal decision to double book programs and vacate a seat in the middle of the period they reserved, we determined to stick to our no refunds policy and not harm the operation of our center to fund their personal decision to book a second program when they already had a seat in ours.? We have to prioritize the children and families who attend our center, and will not pull resources from the operating costs of the program to fund a refund for double booking another center, which that situation of double booking a seat at two centers was their personal choice

I am rejecting this response because:As we mentioned before, there was no indication given that when we are encouraged to sign up and pay for the entire quarter that we will break our no refund for the month policy that we signed up forWe are attaching the enrollment form that ARTSCI had provided us, which clearly shows the month to month clause and the $penalty fee(the fact that this business do not remember what their term were shows their unprofessionalism)We would ask them to show our full signed contract. As per our contract we are willing to pay the undiscounted monthly fee for the month we pulled out from and the termination fee. We also reject their claim that resources were diverted because we signed up for the whole quarterMost students in the center was on month-to-month basis and our pulling out did not prevent them to hiring any students

I am rejecting this response because:The business is wordsmithing contract form terms to suit their needsThey have not provided any proof on what we have signedAlso, there is absolutely no documentation that they can provide that we have signed any thing that say that the monmonth no refund policy that we had signed extend to the three month contract They say that we sought additional seat in another program, and we have every right to do so given the poor quality service that we have been receiving thereIn sum, it is not right for a business to take money for the service they don’t provideWe have paid on time and are not asking for anything more than what is right

The registration form has the no refunds policy clearly stated.? The third page of the form this customer has uploaded is our automatic billing form where they've highlighted the cancellation penalty fee of $on the autobilling form, a form they were not required to fill as it is only for auto payment clientsThey filled out pages one and two signed the policy page including the no refunds policy on page two, and opted to be invoiced for each tuition bill and did not enroll in auto payMoreover the cancellation fee on the auto billing form , again a form they never even filledsince they were invoices customers, has no implication or verbiage on billing the no refunds policyIt is simply a cancellation penalty.they would have no refund and a penalty fee for quitting mid school year but they only have no refund for quitting mid term and moving to another program when already having a seat in our programThey were not assessed the fee on the autobilling form because they were not an autobilled customer.they highlight the penalty fee on the autobilling form they never filed and ignore the no refunds no exceptions policy on the forms they filled and signedNo refund is going to be offered for them booking a seat for three months with a 15% discount offer we have ten and then going and booking a seat in additional program asking us to refund them afterward and mid term
