The Ashburry at Chenal Apartments

I have lived in ten apartment complexes, moving often during college and internshipsThis is BY FAR the worst apartmentThe second bedroom in the apartment has flooded three timesEach time we have to move everything out of the bedroom while fans blow for days to dry the roomAfter that only the padding underneath the carpet is replaced, and the disgusting moldy carpet is not replacedManagement will do NOTHING to resolve the problem and will not offer any compensation in returnAs if this isn't bad enough it took months for our cracked bathtub and broken front door to be fixedWe had near $electric bills for monthsEvery time we told management that the thermostat was broken we were told that we didn't know how to use a thermostatWe went an entire week without a microwaveHow hard is it to bring a new microwave and plug it in???? This place is Awful and the staff could care less about any problems

This place is disgusting. There are roaches and centipedes everywhere. There are 10-15 people sharing apartments. The police come out all the time for fights. The latest thing is a rape. One resident attempted to rape another. Management doesn't care. The trash compactor breaks so there end up being 100 bags of trash left out over the weekend. If you leave a negative review with your info online the management will contact you and try to bully you into changing it
