Very bad experience wile I lived thereApartment very dirty and damageThe apartment that They gave me was not the same as we agreedI was very nice about staying in the place and let them fix all the problems in the apartment but they were too negligente on fixing itI went to complain the last time to the manager and she was very rude she did not let me speak at all and said if I do not want to stay there I was more than welcome to leave so I didThe only good thing she did was waived the early terminations feesI paid the last balance and yesterday after almost months I received a letter from a collection department saying that I did not paid a balanceThey never contacted me or send me any other letter beforeI called to try to speak to them and of couse no one is available to take a moment to speak to meThey are very unprofessional and careless
