The Ashley Collection d/b/a Protocol

I purchased a defective product (skyline 3.5 ch. radio control helicopter) from this company. I was told that it was under warranty and that they would send me a replacement. The replacement they sent to me was opened,used and missing parts. It wasn't even the product that was described on the box and it didn't work. I told the company about this and I was told that I would be sent another replacement. I have yet to receive this replacement that I was promised and they have stopped responding to my two last emails.
