I purchased the Ask Method after a webinar stated I would receive bonuses and a free conference ticketI didn’t receive themUpon contacting ***, I was notified it was for only people who paid in full as opposed to the payment planI didn’t agree with this and thought it was not work the money and I didn’t see this advertisedI requested a refund for [redacted] I was informed by [redacted] that I would need to take the first set of courses first then request a refund I don’t agree with taking a class for something I have no desire to be apart of [redacted] informed me in a combative and unprofessional way that collections would be involved [redacted] ’s email validated that this isn’t a company I should have been associating with from the beginning I haven’t opened the package sent to my home Please issue a full refund
