We are totally dissatisfied with the performance of the Aston Marketing Group, also known as Transfer Smart, Pacific Transfer, Pacific Properties, and Timeshare Relief We, as customers, paid the company several thousand dollars to take over our timeshare property A transmittal letter was sent to us saying we had days to deliver a signed, notarized ownership certificate to them The certificate was in their hands within the day period specified in the letter Over a year later they informed us that we were in default and owed additional yearâ s timeshare assessment fee before they would take any action We have spent two years trying to get this issue resolved Their customer service department has kept us on hold for over an hour at a time, transferred us to numbers where we were disconnected, ignored e-mails and letters, and given us conflicting information time and again Unfortunately, we no longer trust the Aston Marketing Group or any of its affiliated companies We believe we have lost our money and recommend that people avoid dealing with them

The certificate was in their hands within the 15 day period specified in the letter. Over a year later they informed us that we were in default and owed additional year’s timeshare assessment fee before they would take any action.
