This is regards to a compliant by Homeowner and this CompanyWe built a front porch, steps, and a front walk to the Homeowner residence, with a complete gable roof with vinyl siding, and fluted aluminum posts
for a total price of $ 5,When
complete job was finished, Owner paid final payment.
Company met Homeowner on Aug30,in regards to hair line cracks in concrete porch,
Company explained to Homeowner that they were hair line cracks, Our Contract clearly states that we do not guarentee concrete not to crack.
The Homeowner signed the contract and was given a copy of contractIn regards to the stucco on the block foundation, we went back and repaired it three times at no cost to the HomeownerWe will return and stucco again to make final correction,
upon weather permitting temperature to be above degrees for proper re-stuccoAs far as control joints in concrete porches, We do not put joints in concrete porches, because if it does crack in the joint, it will cause front face to crack on the porchWe will repair stucco, as per warrantyThank You

A.DGeneral Contracting has been back and re stuccoed the porch that they built times already since construction of the porch was completed on July 25, ***Today is November 18, ***......not even months since the porch was completedThe stucco has failed to stay on the porch without cracking and flaking off for even month each time A.Dcomes back out to reapply new stuccoMr *** has promised each time he has been back to repair the stucco that it would not crack or come off "THIS TIME" !!! Mr*** knows that the stucco is not going to adhere without cracking and or chipping off but he continues to promise it will each timeHe is now saying in his response to Revdex.com that he will return and reapply for the final time when the weather is degrees or warmerThe stucco is going to crack and flake off just like the other times he has already reapplied itWhat is he willing to do if the stucco cracks or fails to adhere this time? I want a permanent solution to this problem in which I paid him to do in the first place!!! Mr *** told me he was going to take all stucco off of the porch and start over the last time in which he did not!!! The stucco cracked before it even dried completely I called him that same day and made him aware of that and he has failed to make any attempt to make this right to date!! His excuse is always the weather when in reality Mr *** has my money so he could really care lessI want a permanent solution to this problem!! Mr *** knows that the stucco is not going to adhere properly because the mortar is cracked in between the block that he laid and is applying the stucco to!! The problem with the block has to be fixed before the stucco will adhere properly.
As far as the numerous cracks in the floor(cap) of the porch.....Mr ***'s concrete man(his brother) admitted to me that the cracks in the floor were opening up and that he did not know why they were doing soMr *** promised me that if these so called "hair-line" cracks opened up that he would take the necessary steps to repair the floorThe cracks in the floor of the porch have gone all the way down the "Face" of the porchMr *** said in his response that this is why he did not put control joints in the floor in the first placeI would much rather look at tooled in control joint rather than several UNSIGHTLY cracks in the floor of my brand new front porch!!!
Mr *** said in his reply that he would repair the stucco "As Per Warranty".......does this mean that after his year warranty that I am stuck with his shotty workma
