Review: I purcased a pair of new balance 574s from your Deptford NJ store. I have worn 574s size 11.5 for more than 15 years. I tried but could not continue to wear these as they were defectively made smaller then an 11 as the [redacted] ( [redacted]) admitted. I had to go back a second time as only the [redacted] can do returns. I tried to return them within 30 days with a receipt but was refused by [redacted].
