Good morning. I received an email update regarding my complaint stating that the complaint has been closed due to my not responding to the whether or not I was satisfied I wanted to reply but did not see where that could be done I wanted to check to be sure the credit was applied to my credit card used at The Atlantic House before I stated whether I was satisfied You closed the claim before my credit card statement was issued The business stated on 12/21/that a credit had been approved As of today it has not been issued to me No, I am not satisfied as they misled you At the time I was doubtful that they would give me a credit - they do not follow upstanding business practices Regards,

We closed in Octfor the season and usually do not open until April of following year I have approved the refund of which should be processed this weekend We are very sorry that we did not know this earlier Thank you,*** ***
