Review: We had a contract and written agreement for a wedding venue agreement with the director of sales in September 2015.
In the following months, the director of Sales Tony T[redacted] was thoughtful and made sure all terms were laid out.
Our issue was with Pricing for outside vendors ( DJ & Officiant) and children (Children under 6 were not charged and Children under 12 were half priced). This agreement was confirmed via email.
We are in February 12th and we're informed Tony T[redacted] is no longer with the Atrium and the owner sat us down stated they will be charging us different for the Vendors and children's pricing. (all 25% discount)
He is not honoring what was agreed on contract and email confirmation for pricing and charging us a higher price.
We've already paid non refundable deposits under the pricing that was given to us.Desired Settlement: We want the establishment to stick to the pricing that was agreed to or we want our money back.
