I have no interest in this persons material. The details of the event as she described are distorted and not factual. Here are the facts. I went to a seminar she was holding, and arrived at the wrong time due to miscommunication, because the weekly seminar was changed for a different week. I had already eaten, so I was not interested in the food. I made no conversation until asked if I had read her post. The post was highly offensive about how all women are either *** or ***, so I said I had read it, meaning I did not want to discuss it. We had discussed this on the phone and I was done talking about it. She aggressively got in my face about the post, so I said I disagreed with her, and told her my views (calmly) that I believed she had forgotten a category. She then became very agitated, and threw me off the property for disagreeing with her twisted perspective. I have no desire to have a coach so socially inept. After throwing me off the property she started raving and cursing. At this point I laughed and left the property

Additionally, this and MANY other like articles are required reading BEFORE I will agree to see a new client. They are readily available on my website, [redacted] and other social media outlets as part of my massive body of work that I make available so potential clients and students can make educated choices to enroll in my coaching services. [redacted] was a FB follower so he was WELL aware and in fact his calls and visit to the end of the workshop was to debate things I had posted don my FB page. ALL this is on his end is a FB post he is taking to be a "fight" with just him somehow. He seems very determined to win it.
In order for [redacted] to have been considered for an appointment he had to have read, viewed and listened to 5 related articles so he knew full well what my coaching style was BEFORE making an appointment. My expectation is that these men are grown adults capable of being educated consumers. I made myself available on the phone 3 times which is twice more than most new clients require and I addressed his concerns via FB comments as well. [redacted] was argumentative each time but would end the conversation with the decision to keep his appointment. On the occasion in question he did not enroll for the workshop that he showed up at the end of but just dropped in and did indeed cause everyone there with any intuitive sense to be on guard.

I value my safety and that of the people in my charge in the environment, so this disruptive man with an obvious agitated agenda did trigger off an alert that required action. It was very emotional for me and not something I ever want to deal with in the future.
The value of my time already in this matter and the item he was offered is more than fair considering the situation and honesty was only given in hope he would leave us alone. The download product was also offered in good faith hoping maybe he could learn some of what he had originally hired to to provide but them made it impossible for me to provide. My goal in my work is to help men like him life a less frustrated life.

This customer was emailed a download of materials valued at $200 for his $100 deposit. The decision to be blocked as an in person client was determined by appropriate choices made by the potential student.
He left me and my coaching team no choice but to ban him from future events...

and coaching due to his disruptive behavior. There were 12 coaches and students in the room that witnessed this man having to be thrown off the property which is not my home but an artist studio that graciously allows us to host an occasional workshop there.
He chose to interrupt the private bbq that was being hosted after class by my students to honor my birthday. He was uninvited but we welcomed him and offered him food. He declined our hospitality and when right into being a foot from my face ranting about his parent marriage proves I'm wrong in my teaching and fb posts.
My pregnant female assistant said she had bad vibes about this guy and went as far as to tell another coach to keep an eye on him and she went out side to get away from his threatening energy. Several of the men later expressed being cocked and ready to deal with the trouble they could sense he was there to stir up.
I deal with many socially awkward people to I attempted to get a handle on his intentions by speaking with him. Considering he barged in on and proceeded to corner me at with rants about [redacted] posts on my public business page he disagreed with I was done with this guy pretty fast.
He had already called me twice to discuss "how wrong" I was and then drove all the way across town to interrupt a party to demand I speak to him about these random fb posts he got fixated upon. No, I am not obligated to deal with that. It's scary and unwelcomed even if his intentions were innocent and he is just very socially odd if not a actual threat.
Either way I don't have to take that risk. He was given a very reasonable and high value for his reimbursement and frankly the phone calls the the disruption he causes would require more then $100 to compensate me for on my valuable time.
It is my postion that I don't take on clients I can't help and I offered this person content along the same lines as he would have gotten in a private coaching session but that can be listened to for a lifetime and is worth more than $100 in the marketplace where this customer desired to spend his time and money. Once that download is done the value is gone on my end. I took a loss on this potential client but that is the cost if doing business. I hope he gets a lot out of it and it helps him become the best man he can be by studying it. I hope he learned that his actions if not socially calibrated can scare people and put walls up to cooperation and great communicaion.
