This is the WORST place to buy a car!! I bought a hybrid escalade from them the day after I drove off the lot I got stranded at the store with little childrenThey lie and say things like they will get someone certified to work on it but that's a lie they take the cheapest way they canAfter calling them out on doing my paper work wrong they agreed to give us an extra key (because they rushed us threw and only gave us one) and a key fab ha hey still waiting on that to be done over months later and not to mention these people got my car stolen from me? They give you the run aroundI'm a single mother aND this car was a huge investment and they don't care about anything but theit money! Stay away!!! Same guy owner that big city car run!!!!!!

I recently bought a year old vehicle from auto brokers lima roadWhen I left the lot and got about a mile down the road the vehicle stalled I called the car lot ; asked for help and got nothing in returnFor the next days my car died at least times a dayI called and asked what they could do to help me since I had the problem since day oneNeedless to say I got no call back from the owner and they pretty much just said it's on meThe car was only years old and I eventually paid out of pocket for these expenses and I still is not running rightI'm warning to people to know if you do go there they absolutely will not stand behind there cars! Be aware!

While The Auto Brokers has received a negative mark from Katie F. We would like to say for the record that our sales person had been in contact with Katie through the entire process. The consumer told the dealership that the vehicle was shutting off at a traffic light. We had the consumer bring the car in and we scanned it car. The car didn't have any codes or check engine light. We then drove the car and it drove great. We advised the consumer to take the car to the professionals Kelly Chevrolet since the car was a 2011 Chevrolet. I wasn't aware of any expenses the consumer had occurred. I would be more than happy to review this with the consumer. I called Katie today and asked that she bring me her receipts so we can review them. In speaking with Katie today she couldn't recall what was wrong with car. I also called the salesperson and he provided me with a copy of all the text conversation between the 2 of them. The salesperson indicated that the consumer had a mechanic look at the vehicle as well and found nothing wrong.

The consumer purchased a car from The Auto Brokers and had a mechanical break down. We took the unit to our mechanic and repaired the unit at...

not cost to the consumer. The consumer did in fact have another mechanical break down we made a decision to take the unit to Glenbrook Dodge and have it repaired under warranty. We understand that this was very inconvenient for the consumer and that is why we provided a loaner vehicle while the repairs where being done.
The mechanical break down was done after purchase but we stepped in to assist our customer in any way possible including a loaner car for an extended period of time because Glenbrook Dodge had to actually have engineers come in and address the mechanical break down. We (The Auto Brokers) feel as if we did the right thing to assist our customer after the sale.
I apologize the consumer had to pay above any beyond the $100.00 deductable. I am sure that if the consumer would have addressed this with the exteded service contract provider they would have explained what those charges were for. The Auto Brokers are unaware why the consumer was charged, however the consumer would need to discuss that with the repair facitliy and/or the service contract provider. I do know that the service faciclity isnt supposed to repair anything without the consumers authorization. Once again this should have been something between the service facility and the consumer, not The Auto brokers.
OFFER:
We feel we went above any beyond assisting the consumer. We provided a loaner car and personally delivered the car. We don't feel its reasonable to request money from us when we didn't authorize those repairs to begin with.
