I have received multiple calls over the past years and sometimes on a weekly basis from this company trying to get me to fix my windshield Every time they call I have been to be removed from their call list and every time I am told I will be removed from the list Same song and dance every time

I had my windshield replaced by this company a few years agoI have been getting calls from them ever sinceAfter telling them to quit calling they promise they will take me off the call listThis has been going on over two years now

The sales employees of the auto glass shop will not stop calling me and asking me if I want want my windshield replacedI made the mistake of having my windshield replaced by them once years ago and now I am permanently on their listI have repeatedly requested that my phone number be removed from their calling list but no one will actually do itI have called the company headquarters and requested this, as well as the hundreds of sales employees who call me about one a week, sometimes more, for the past I would say yearsI am sick and tired of being harassed by this company and I want them to remove me from their list once and for all!!! Please help me!!! Also, I want this complaint filed so others know to stay away from this companyIt is disgraceful that a company would stoop so low as to harass potential customers in this manner, they cannot actually believe this sort of practice will result in salesI do not want to receive a call from the auto glass shop EVER AGAIN!!!!

I went thru a carwash and they had a representative find a small chip on my windshield, they directed me what to say to my insurance agency to get it replaced at no cost to me. After I have been getting calls approximated once a month asking if I need my windshield replaced, each time I told them stop calling me. Today I got another call from [redacted] again asking if I need my windshield replace. A small chip on the windshield could have been easily fixed but this company prefers to rip of insurance agencies to get the entire windshield replaced. They also will not take me off their calling list.

I contacted this company several years ago for a quote regarding windshield replacement. They have previously called every 6 months to check to see how the windshield is doing. However, as of 2015, the company has started calling every week to try to get me to fraudulently submit a claim to my auto insurance carrier. They offer cash, coupons and discounts in exchange for replacing "any small" damage I might have picked up. I've repeatedly asked the company to remove me from their call list, however, I continue to get calls from different numbers and am not able to block the calls. The sales associate identifies themselves only as from, "The Auto Glass Shop" and when I've asked to speak to a supervisor I am hung up on.

I was drawn to this company because it says it is Veteran owned. I am a veteran & wanted to give my business to a fellow veteran. The tech showed up to change my car window. Obviously a contractor. A $200 job was now $600 as he broke the brackets that hold the window. Had no choice but to proceed. When the window was replaced I was presented with a bill. No company name was on the invoice. Very unprofessional. I presented a credit card & was told they don't accept them. I presented a check & was told cash only. It was 6:30 in the evening. I could not reach anyone at the company. The tech called his boss & that man proceeded in a rude manner to tell me it was my responsibility to ask about methods of payment. The entire experience is more than shady at this point. I called the police. The bill was reduced to $350 as this is the max I could get from the ATM. The tech had to drive me to the ATM.
