I have received the complaint filed by Mr*** *** regarding the Ford Fhe purchased on July 17, 2015. In negotiations, Mr*** made an offer in which he asked the dealer to repair items including the “loose” steering, rust, “clunk” in the front end, and air
conditioning. The dealer countered his offer, agreeing to repair the “clunk” in the front end and the air conditioning, and sell it to him in condition Mr*** was made fully aware that the dealer would not be responsible for any other items. Mr*** accepted this counter offer and signed all necessary documents Both the “clunk” and air conditioning repairs were completed prior to him taking delivery of the vehicle On July 20, Mr*** and his father inspected the vehicle. All repairs promised by the dealer were performed to the customer’s satisfaction and the customer took delivery At that time I personally reminded Mr*** and his father that the vehicle was being sold in condition. They both confirmed understanding of this fact I have not heard from Mr*** or his father since. Thank you,

I am in receipt of your letter dated December 19 regarding the complaint filed by Ms. [redacted].   I am sorry that she is unhappy with the vehicle she purchased July 1, 2014.  The vehicle was purchased with a 30 day, 1,000 mile limited warranty covering internal lubricated parts, but...

we cannot foresee tire hazards, battery issues, or speaker problems.  Mr. [redacted] offers his sincere apologies if he kept her waiting, his schedule can be very demanding at times.    We are more than happy to assist her in a trade-in.  She can come in anytime during normal business hours.  We will evaluate her trade and submit her application to our lenders.  As always, it is up to the individual lenders to approve or deny her credit.   Thank you, and Happy Holidays!

Review: I bought a vehicle from this place and when I got it home it leaked oil all over the driveway which found it had holes in the oil pan. the stearing was suppose to be fixed when I bought it and that still is not fixed. The truck has been welded and all of these issues were never disclosed to me.Desired Settlement: I would like all of the issues to be fixed right and the dealer pay for these problems or I would like my money back.

Review: Ever since purchasing my car in July 2014 I have had nothing but issues both with the vehicle and the customer service. The issues are cheap brake pads, back speakers don't work, battery is already dead, and tire went flat already. When I talked to the manager/owner and went to trade in he told us a time to be there and he had us waiting for 45 minutes making me late to work. When he arrived he walked right passed us with no apology or anything. Later he told me the bank wouldnt approve me but I called and they had no record of this and said it shouldn't be a problem. After meeting with him, picking a car, and everything he says no (the cars were the same price) He gave me a lot of attitude via text. Everytime I went I brought people and they can verify all these things.Desired Settlement: I use this car for learning to drive, work, mother's medical, etc. So I would either like a cash refund or a different vehicle.

I took my car to the Service Hubb (part of the Auto Hubb) in Janesville for service. I had them work on an issue three times, and each time the problem did not go away.

Most aggravating was most recent trip service we had done. The car was making a loud noise (which we asked about last time we were there). It turned out that both wheels bearings needed replacement, but they only did one! The car cannot be driven any distance safely.

We have spent close to $1,000 on repairs there and to have this level of incompetence again was just too much. We are very disappointed.
