My experience with The Auto Shop was positive. They were very thorough with my inspection and answered all my questions in full detail. I first brought my vehicle in for service because their prices were fair compared to the dealership. It's difficult to earn my trust, especially in auto repair shops but they have mine and I think that is one of the most important things you can have, in any relationship really. After I serviced my car, I referred my gf to get both her parents car inspected and serviced without a hitch. It feels good to have an auto repair shop that I can trust.

I have been bringing my Scion to The Auto Shop for about 4 years. Every experience I had I was thoroughly informed about the steps that would be taken to get my car back on her wheels. From the parts that are needed, to what the parts do and why I need new ones, I never leave with a lack of knowledge. I am always confident I will be taken care of and that our car will be okay. Let's face it, we've all had "those people" that work on our cars but we end up feeling scammed because the problem was never solved and we lose money. You will NOT find that at The Auto Shop. In fact, they warranty their work!

I will say, they do cost. They're not the cheapest, but part of that reason is because they use quality parts and products in their customers vehicles. But if you're like my one-car-family and also happen to live paycheck to paycheck, you'll be happy to know they offer all kinds of ways to save some money. They don't use scare tactics, either, so if you can't afford to do a service at the time, you don't need to fear being bullied.

The atmosphere is comfortable, the staff is always friendly, and they really have your back. I have recommended them on a number of occasions. As a one-stop-shop, they make life much easier, and I'm thankful to of found such a trustworthy place to take my wonderful car.

Review: I took my truck into The Auto Shop off of [redacted] to rotate the tires. When I dropped off my truck the drivers side seat operated properly and was all the way to the rear as that is how I drive. When I picked up my truck the seat was moved all the way foward and would not move to the rear. I looked underneath my seat and found a powerwashing nozzle tip jammed in my seat track. I took my truck back to them and they said that yes they did move the seat foward because the employee who washes them is short. After they inspected it and removed the power wasing nozzle tip from the seat track, the seat still did not function. They contacted me and said that the motor was burnt out and needed to be replaced and it was not their fault and it would cost me $500-1000 dollars to fix. They would not accept fault even though their employee who washed my truck and more than likely dropped the pressue washer nozzle down in the seat track that jammed into the track and more than likey burnt up the motor when their employee moved the seat all the way foward. They said it was a coincidence and happend because my truck was 9 years old and according to the manager "things just break". He than tried to tell me it did not break because the tool was jammed in the track and that that tool was not jammed in the track even though I showed it to him when I discovered it and it was jammed in there so hard it would not come out by hand. The manager I dealt with was named Mickey and he said that he would fix it and not charge labor but I would have to buy the part which is a whole new seat track costing $500-1000 dollars.Desired Settlement: Basiclly I paid The Auto Shop $25 dollars to rotate my tires and break my electronic seat due to their eployee dropping a pressure washer nozzle into my seat track and then moving my seat all the way foward which caused the damage. I do not feel like I should have to pay for them to fix something that their employee broke in the first place. I never asked them to wash my truck or move my seats nor did they ever tell me that this was part of their service. All I requested for them to do was plug and rotate my tires. If they would of never of moved my seat or washed it and dropped this tool in my seat track than this would not of happened. I would like for them to fix my seat to the way it was when I dropped it off to them and not try to charge me for it since they were the ones that broke it. This has made it unsafe for me to drive my truck now because my seat is moved foward so much. Their phone number is [redacted]

I've had several experiences with the Auto Shop with my Honda Element. They are professional and understanding, and I've always left feeling really good about the experience. I don't think they're always the cheapest in town, but I trust them to do a good job - one that I can trust. I was recommended there by my coworker - and would recommend others to go. They're friendly, too, which makes the whole world better when you're going through a big fix on your car.
