I had taken my Lexus ES 350 , 2016 model for body work at this shop. First due to back log of work they gave me a date after 2 weeks to repair my car. They gave me a specific date for the car to be ready. I told them that due to upcoming holiday I will pick it up after the holidays ( one week later than the original date car was supposed to be ready) when I went to pick it up It was not ready. The lady at the front desk was very rude and did not give specific time for car to be ready. After second trip , the car was ready but no body apologized for the delay or the inconvenience. I am not happy with their services.
