Per the client, Mr*** request on 05/26/The Auto Warehouse modified customer`s payment
from Bi weekly to Monthly
Unfortunately due to the decrease in payment amount the term (number of months) of the loan increased, we made Mr*** aware of that fact prior to doing so
I can understand Mr*** confusion and I would like to invite him to the office to sit with me so we can resolve this

And the reason being I don't accept their response is they never tried to reach out to me and resolve this problemAs I stated before I call in X-XXXX and spoke with *** she stated to me I only have four more payments left and I would be done paying for my vehicle of 12-she didn't mention I will owe money on the back end That was mention to me when I was paying either 9-or 10-payment that I owe $2,that when I got upset anyone would be upset if they was told they last payment is due and you can take owner ship of your merchandiseBut you call back and told something different a month or two laterlast week *** call me and told me they have a contract from 3-that I sign when I switch from biweekly to monthly I ask her why I never receive a copy of the contract and I told her if you all do have a contract my signature is not own itThey just don't want to owe up to their mistake the only contract I sign was when I purchase the vehicle XX-XXXX I never sign a new contract after that one as I stated when I came into their office on X-XXXX to switch from biweekly to monthly know one explain any changes to me or giving me a new contract to sign or stated I would owe an additional 2,that would have not been a problem if that was explain to me we would not be going through this Drama!!!! but instead I was told by *** in 8-that I had four more payment left which would have been X-XXXX -XX-XXXX of $and I would be done paying for my vehicle I am not confuse nor crazy nor dumb I am only going by what I was told by ***I just want to make my last payment of $that was due XX-XXXX and receive my title and never do business with this company again and never send anyone to do business with them They never told me about an increase if they would have we would not be going through this mess they need to stop lying and owe up to their mistake why would I go through all this trouble I have more important things to attend to

Here they go again with the lies know one contact me and ask me to come in and resolve this situationBut I will contact them next week to make an appointment to go speak with a GM and if I don't like what they are saying I will continue with this battleAs I stated before on 8/I was told by *** that I have four payment and I would be done paying for my vehicle on 12/So I made my payment until 11/that when I was told by *** I owe an extra $2,and I ask her why you didn't mention this to me before and she said their system was downThat's their fault not mine I just want to make my last payment of $that was due 12/and receive my title and go by my business her mistake is not my problem and their system being down is not my problem it's time for them to own up to her mistake and stop punishing me

I bought a used Honda Accord from them way back in 2006 and I found it to be a very positive experience! They treated me like family and arranged financing that was affordable for me at the time. They were so careful & concerned that the car ran good & cared if I had any problems in the future. I only remember a muffler needing to be replaced later on & they helped me with that & I always brought it back for oil changes too. I thoroughly recommend this auto place to anyone & everyone!

I would first like to Thank Mr. Carey for being a loyal customer. We do really appreciate...

Since Mr. Carey lives in Indiana, the only way we have to register the vehicle under his name is to mail the Indiana DMV the title for the vehicle with his information. the DMV then contacts the customer and requests his appearance at the DMV.
We reached out to the DMV and were notified that Mr. Carey was sent a notification but he never showed up to complete the process.
Unfortunately we cannot control Mr. Carey`s actions. Per the DMV if Mr. Carey was to show up at the location stated on the notification this matter would have been handled in a timely manner.
Today Mr. Carey was in our office and was given proof of delivery of the title to the DMV. He seemed satisfied.
I hope this concludes this matter if not I would love to continue helping Mr. Carey to properly register his vehicle in Indiana as the law requires us to register the vehicle at his place of residency.

I do not agree with this statement because on several occasions I went to the Sheriville IN BMV Located at 1320 Eagle Ridge Drive
Schererville, IN 46375. I was told that Auto Warehouse sent the title to this location twice and the BMV Sent it back to the Auto Warehouse both times with a certified letter stating that they need to send the title to the Emissions Place. They still have not sent anything and are unaware of where the title actually is at this time. At this point I will be responsible to tabs from the day of purchase to now. Each day that this problem is not resolved is not only costing me money for the tabs that are needed for this vehicle but I am paying for a car that I can not drive and run the risk of getting the car impounded. This has caused me a HUGE headache due to the fact that I have to find an alternate way to work or other destinations that I may need to go to as well. I do not find this situation fair at all and have paid for both the car as well as the insurance for a car that I can't drive without getting in trouble. I feel like there should be absolutely no reason 10 months after we bought the car that this car is still not registered. Honestly I would just like to wash my hands of this car completely. I have asked to trade the Bonneville in to get another car, so that we can start over with a clean slate. So that the title can be presented at the time of purchase and they rejected that. That is one of the resolutions that I would like. We have had nothing but headaches with this car!

I am not understanding why the title is being sent to a third party, when that is not what was being told to me in the first place. I would like to be refunded for the money that was paid for this car due to the fact that I have not been able to legally register this car since the time of ownership. I have asked to trade this car in and get another one but that was not an option on The Auto Warehouse's end. At this point I would just like my money back which is approximately $3,850. I am not satisfied with this at all and I have had the car for 11 months and still not registered there should be no reason for this. It's ridiculous!!!

To whom it may concern, 
 
The [redacted] sold Ms [redacted] a 2009 [redacted] 5 on 08/22/2015. The vehicle was sold with 1 month of Limited warranty.
 
We were informed by Ms [redacted] that this vehicle caught on fired on 1/5/16 which is around 3 months after the warranty expired.
 
According to Ms [redacted] she did not have insurance coverage for this vehicle so she was not able to file a claim for the damages.
 
Our company offered Ms [redacted] to get the vehicle towed to one of our locations to assess the damage and see how we are able to assist further but after checking the vehicle there was nothing we could have done to improve the condition of the vehicle.
