I went to purchase a used car at Autobarn I was given a quote of$13,and out the door would be about $15, When I went back to make the purchase the revised quote after talking to the manager wads over $21, My original salesman told me he would be in from to and when we got there at 12:he wash't due in until PM.They said there were add ons they put on the car and could not take off I went back and did an internet search and got a quote from their internet call of about $15,out the door and there would be no add ons Typical bait and switch They had me wait almost minutes while the salesman went to "talk" to his manager

In November of 2015 I bought a car. In January of 2016, I totaled it because of icy roads. Luckily, I not only had insurance, but gap insurance, bumper to bumper, etc. With a non existent car, services pulled out via loans would be cancelled because there is no vehicle to service. The gap insurance and insurance companies did their parts quickly and swiftly after I contacted them, but the refund on getting bumper to bumper service alongside the fee for even having gap insurance were on the shoulders of the dealership. Instead of dealing with it right away, showing me progress via e-mail or on paper of them trying to get my refund back to pay my remaining auto balance with my auto loan company, they ignored my case, my calls, and every other correspondence I tried to reach out to them with. Verbal affirmations to partially assuage me with no documentation or actions to back them up. Nothing was done until they received a letter that warned them I planned on complaining to the Revdex.com. However, it was too late. My credit dropped by about 100 because my auto bill was 120 days past due. I got into my accident in January. My credit dropped in June. All this because no one at the dealership wanted to step up and make some phone calls or at least tell me how and who to talk to about getting the rest of my refunds to pay off my car. I didn't have enough of my own personal funds to temporarily pay off the auto loan and later receive the refund from the loan company because I totaled my car, as I mentioned before. Which meant not only did I lose a car to get to work, I lost my job itself after all the medical things that come from being in a car accident.

I was sick, stressed, hounded by a loan company about money I had no control over. A simple piece of paper stating they were trying to get funds to pay for the auto loans would have been sufficient in April. It's July, and while the loan is now paid off, I still have not received anything in that regard. My credit score is still terrible because of this account. What kind of establishment can't make a simple phone call or write a 2-3 sentence letter for 4-5 months?

DO NOT get a car with them because when push comes to shove they REALLY don't care about you. They'll take your money and talk sweetly like all car dealerships, but they really, REALLY don't care about their consumers.
