***, I never tried to deflect any blame onto youI tried to addres everything in your email as the best that I couldI'm not sure at this point if there is anything I can say or do to make things right in you and your wifes eyes If you would like to supply me with your invoice from Extreme Car Audio on what they did to correct the issues, I would be more than happy to discuss reimbusement with youI look forward to resolving this with you

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because: 
First issue, the insulation you guys cut out was not just around the amps but way past the amps.  You even cut around the stock amp why would you cut around the stock amp?   If Chevy knew better, and they don't specialize in audio installation . Why would you guys decide to cut that part?  Especially when the wiring harness you guys needed to get to was on the bottom of the stock amp.
The battery cap you cut up was totally unnecessary. There's a lead that comes off the positive terminal of the battery that goes to a bank of terminals one of which is empty just for adding a power lead (like a power lead to an amp!), and it has an opening so that you don't have to cut anything.  
You used black ducktape to tape some loose wires to the cab.  
Then you guys used 10 dollar converters on the 4 channel amp.  You would think as a professional business that even if your customer wanted to save money you would tell them those conventers would make their top of the line sound system sound like crap.  Which you guys hooked that amp up totally wrong and then told me it didnt work cause it was broke, then wanted to use another one of those cheap converters.
Then the over head dvd player was miswired causing all of the my dome lights to not work properly.  
To sum it up I spent 652 dollars for you guys to hook up all 4 things incorrectly.  Plus you cut up a 60 thousand dollar truck, and you wonder why I dont want u guys to touch it again. I wanted to take it some where else to get what you did fixed I asked for all my money back, and you woukd only let me return the hardware the you used if I removed it myself.  You have not once apologized until now.  The only thing you have done is try to deflect the the blame on me.  All items old or not were in perfect working order before I brought them into your shop.  A person would have to be crazy to let you work on their vehicle again.

[redacted], First off I would like to apologize for the installation not turning out the way you entended to, we always strive to make sure everyone is happy with there finished product. With that being said there were some challanges in your installation that we did discussed and had all intentions of...

correcting them to your satifaction. However the appointments that were sent up were never met by you so we could never address these items. To addres the items used in the installation, I was told you wanted to keep the cost down as much as possible so we tried to meet your request in doing so. To address the insulation cut from behind the seat that was the only location to install your amplifiers that you provided because they could not go under the rear seat beacuse the box you had ordered online was going to take up the entire rear seat. To address the noise problem and the sub wiring once again we told you we would like to get the truck back into the shop when you had more time so we could diagnose those issues and we had both agreed on that. The pastic around the battery had to be trimmed to attach the power wire for the amplifiers you provided. To address the amplifier broken gain control this was never mentioned to us so I can't say without looking at it, I do know the amplifier you provided was well used and over 10 years old. To address the capacitor we had mounted it with the hardware you provided and was sucurely fastened at the time of the installation. To address when you came in on Monday I offered once again to address any issues and make it right and asked what I could do and you said to just return the parts we installed for a refund and I did exactly that. [redacted], by any means I dont think we are a perfect campany, perfect installers, or perferct in customer service we do make mistakes and we are in a technical industry where diagnoseing problems is sometimes needed. I do apologized about the outcome but I do feel we asked on multiple occassions to diagnose and correct the issues and were never given that opprotunity. We can only diagnose and fix problem when given the opprotunity and this never happened because none of you appointments to do this was never met. We do feel like we did a service for you in the installation and do think we should be compensated for that service, we never were given the opprotunity to finish and address any of the issues at hand. However I do feel like a full refund is not warranted to to the fact we did the installation you had asked and weren't given the approtunity to address any of the issues you had brought up. I would be more than happy to discus compensation in good will for the problems that we were not given the opprotunity to address. I do believe you know I was sincere in addressing all your concerns and always tried to make it right but was never given a chance. Please let me know if there is anything I can do to help out.
