I ordered and received a tabernacle from AutomIt has no keyI called them s-wks agoThey promised a [redacted] return labelI'm still waiting for the labelSince hte error was theirs return cost should be theirsHow long will I have to wait for the return label?

I believe it was the end of January that I was given a photocopied sheet of clergy robes for saleThe robe I ordered was $plus shipping cost which I don't remember I mailed my order to [redacted] *** I was contacted by a person named Caitlin at email address, [redacted] She seemed nice and authoritative I was informed that due to an abundance of orders my robe wouldn't be ready until the end of March A few weeks later I emailed Caitlin again and was told my order would be delayed even longer Friday, I emailed Caitlin again asking if she remembered the check number and amount I'd sent her No reply I also emailed the company "contact email address." No reply I emailed again, today, with no response from either the company or Caitlin I'm guessing Caitlin is a front for an illegitmate company Thank you, [redacted] ***

We have contacted the customer by email and by phone.  He did not receive the initial call tag that was emailed to him on 9/30.  He did not receive the call tag that was emailed to him again today.  We have mailed the call tag to him and advise that he should receive it in the next...

5-7 days and to call us if he does not so that we can take the next step in getting the merchandise returned and credited to him.  He was given a phone number to reach the Customer Service Manager directly for future calls and problems since his email does not appear to be functioning properly.
