Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below The care of the dogs was not done properly and the treatment was not acceptable All food and medicine was measured out exactly the right doses and should not have anything returned but there were food and medicine returned There was one extra dose of medicine provide as a cushion and were returned which means only one dose was given to the dogs A full refund is still requested All faith has been lost in this business and we would still like Revdex.com involved in this process to resolve the complaint Regards, [redacted] ***
This consumer response was received via phone by Revdex.com staff member AH.The consumer said the owner continues to lie, she said he never called her on her cell# as he was supposed to.The consumer said the owner did call but he spoke with her husband and was told he needed to speak with her ...but the owner never called her directly.The consumer also said her husband never agreed to a partial refund.The consumer said she has not received a refund from the business, she said the owner said he was going to send it the day after he spoke with her husband.The consumer said the owner abused her dog and she wants to know what else she can do; she said she doesn't feel this business should have an A+ rating with Revdex.com

This consumer message was received by Revdex.com via email.Dear [redacted],Thank you for your call on November 20 regarding my complaint against Avon Pet Lodge. Per your request, I'm following up to let you know we have not received a refund from Avon Pet Lodge. I apologize for being so emotional, the entire situation is so inhumane. Since this experience, one of our dogs started to eat paper and anything he can get hold of, he's been treated for an ulcer and was anemic from internal bleeding. This same dog is the one being treated for anxiety, the combination of not getting his medication and not being fed could have very well led to his current condition - not to mention his weight is down. I am a huge animal lover, whether it's our dogs or any animal and this is entire situation is beyond upsetting, I'm sure you can understand.Thanks again for following up, not too sure where to go from here.Sincerely,[redacted]
