He didn't tell us he would be very busy when he accepted the work. When he was partially finished on 2/4/2016, he said the doors will be ready in 5 to 7 business days and he will install it soon. I have been sending him messages weekly after that and he was perpetually making excuses. Had we known that he would be this way, we would have hired somebody else.
She knew I was very busy at the time . I'm willing to refund only $75.00. As for I had got stuck with the (special ordered door.) $49.85 they would not refund me ..( I am greatly sorry for this delay. due to my busy schedule that she had known about .
