Revdex.com: I was contacted by the owner and we I hope that we have finally found a satisfactory conclusion to this issue I sent back the carseat to the store and they should receive it by [redacted] by *** After that the owner said that he will credit my credit card the full amount that was charged Thank you!!! Revdex.com:I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ***, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because: I was not required to sign for the first identical item ordered and had no notice that I would be required to sign for the second identical order - no one is Ever at my home during business hours and I did not at any time authorize the item to be delivered to a pick up location as I at no time am available to pick up an item that was ordered to be delivered - I also did not at anytime "refuse" the order - I simply am not home to sign nor would I ever be home other than late at night - as I informed them - I adamantly deny that the item was ever to be redirected or refused delivery at anytime! I simply ordered another item and fully expected the same delivery method and procedures as before and was not informed of any difference Keeping my money on and erroneous statements is tantamount to theft and I demand full compensation for the full amount I paid and for which I received no satisfaction - no product and no refund!In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above.Sincerely,*** ***
