Product was purchased and photos were provided to company prior to return showing product was unused, sealed condition. Upon the company receiving my item they stated the product was scratched and would not issue a refund after they first approved for the item to be returned and provided a return address of where to send it. Company clearly scratched the product in order to not issue a refund.

Our return policy states that the item must be unopened with the seals intact. It is a health hazard to return used items. You stated above that you took pictures of the item out of the box and unused. We would never intentionally take an item and scratch it to not issue a refund. That would be extremely dishonest and that is not how we do business.

If you would like to send the images you took before I would be happy to review them but since it was taken out of the box it clearly still does not pass our returns policy.

Return Policy States:
To be eligible for return, the item must in its original condition (unopened, unmarked and unused) within 30 days of the receipt of your purchase. Returns will not be accepted on any opened packages except in case of manufacturer's defect, subject to approval.

As per provided by the companies direction, customer is to be provide photos showing product is unused condition. How Can the customer provide photos without opening the box? In addition, after photos were provided the return was approved with the customer incurring more cost to return the product. If the photos provided were not sufficient or additional photos were needed why would have the return been accepted? In addition the product was even sent back in its original shipping box. The photos provided to the company showing plastic wrap is still on and unused. How can I use your product without opening all the pieces??? No courtesy call or anything was done by customer service to resolve this issue. Just sent an email of a video saying the item was scratched and dirty. How do I know this wasn't done on your end or in transit? No where stated on your website is that after making a customer spend additional funds to return the product after Approval is given that you can disregard the customers request and refuse a refund. I would have never spent additional money to return your product if the return was not approved on your end. Now im being told a damaged product is being sent to me when this is not the why it was sent back to the company. How do I even that this product will work when I receive it back?? A full refund is being requested.

Our return platform says to provide photos is optional and it does not state that you have to provide photos of the unit outside the box. We like to help our customers if they did just open the box and never used it. But your unit clearly has been used and has scratches all over the product from wear and tear. Which we have provided to you as well. We have offered to ship it back to you free of charge.

I have also collected all emails and photos and even examined the unit personally and it was clearly used and damaged. You have not met our return policy which you accepted to when ordering. We will not be issuing you a refund and we will send it back to you.

If you would like to email me personally I would be happy to provide you with the photos and videos. I am the owner and founder of The Baby's brew. We are a military family and mom as well. We have absolutely no desire to intentionally damage something so we don't have to take a return. That would not benefit my company in any way.

This is a Dishonest Company with poor customer service. 100% did not use your product. If photos were examined by you personally how could the product be used for a Como Tomo bottle if the plastic is still on the accessory. This alone was a $10 item and it was used??? Shows how dishonest your company is. How can you tell me this product was opened. Again the return should have NEVER been approved and return address provided to customer with photos provided if the product was not going to be accepted on your end making the customer incur additional cost. Requesting full refund.
