October 01, 2015Dear [redacted] ,I have been involved with the [redacted] family, Case # [redacted] On Thursday, July 24, 2014, [redacted] * [redacted] passed away and I was the Funeral Director that made the arrangementsI was presented a deed to [redacted] Cemetery (copy enclosed, Lot [redacted] Range [redacted] and Section [redacted] is where [redacted] entire family is buried.) I was instructed by the family to bury [redacted] in grave #*, head end (cremation)That service was provided.On Monday, December, 22, 2015, [redacted] * [redacted] passed awayBrian N [redacted] was the Funeral Director in charge of the funeralAt the time of arrangements, MrN [redacted] was instructed to bury *** [redacted] in the same grave as her husband, at the (cremation) foot endThat service was provided.When *** [redacted] passed away, the cemetery caretaker realized that [redacted] & *** [redacted] had another burial lot with a headstoneThe caretaker and the cemetery at that time offered AT NO CHARGE to the family to move and place [redacted] & *** [redacted] in the lot with the headstoneTHE FAMILY OF THE DECEASED DECLINED THE OFFER.Thank you, Darryl B., Supervisor
