[redacted] , after I responded to your initial claims, I received an email from [redacted] (see attached) stating that "after speaking to her lawyer", she was going to have the Revdex.com retract the claims that were made after a full refund had been receivedI am surprised that an attorney would give her that advice because after I personally met with representatives of the Revdex.com CT, they told me that retracting the claim is not an option and in addition to that, the claims were going to stay on their site for a period of years.Even though it was your wife that sold you the Membership and she should no as well as anyone that refunds are not an option (just like your CC company told you), as a showing of wanting to work with you, my original offer for providing a full refund of the amount you paid still remains once you have replied to this Revdex.com communications trail stating that The Back-Boardroom has done nothing to violate its agreement with you and that this claim is closed and you have no further claims against us.I am in SFlorida this week until Thursday and am happy to meet you at our office (PGA Boulevard, 6th Floor, PBG FL 33410) with a bank checkPlease let me knowLooking forward,Steven L***The Back-Boardroom [redacted] 855-424-Office [redacted] PGA Boulevard, 6th FloorPalm Beach Gardens, FL

In response to [redacted] complaint, we disagree with his comments and have submitted the following evidence to support our positionFor clarification on this matter, [redacted] wife, Jennifer [redacted] sold him the Membership to The Back-Boardroom and after she failed to attain her sales objectives with us for consecutive months, she terminated her status as an Independent Sales Contractor and then called all of the sales she made and told them to cancel which is the “friends” [redacted] *s referring to in his complaintWe have assembled all of the communications trail to/from Ms [redacted] for your reviewIn reference to his complaint about the company being a “scam”, we have held events that would prove otherwise; in fact; 99.7% of the Members that responded to a recent survey gave us a Star Rating (out of stars) and the .3% that didn’t give us a star rating, gave us starsIn addition to member satisfaction ratings, we have supported and have received written thanks from two of the important charities that we have supported at our events; 1) The 1st Tee and 2) PGA Hope Both of these charities were recently highlighted on the [redacted] Radio Show that we host each month and finally, to dispute the “scam? Claim, our business partners include the likes of [redacted] Radio in [redacted] & the [redacted] to name a fewIn reference to his complaint about not being able to contact the owner of the company, 1) our contact information has been and always will be posted in several areas of our website and in addition to that his wife, 2) our address is a physical location and has a reception that will contact me if I am not in the office and 3) his wife, [redacted] knows my personal cell number (see SMS trail below)As it pertains to [redacted] complaint about not being invited to any of the events, he is correct about that but again, it was because his wife Jenn terminated her contactor status with and told us that all of the Members she sold (his "friends") including [redacted] were cancelling their MembershipsIn closing, we are running a great business that we are very proud of and are willing to offer [redacted] a complete refund of $2,(without any additional charges) on receipt of his complete retraction of his complaintThank you for your attention to this matterPlease let us know if you need anything elsePlease visit [redacted] for more information about our company and its services Looking forward, Steven L [redacted] CEO The Back-Boardroom PGA Boulevard, 6th Floor Palm Beach Gardens, FL ###-###-#### [redacted]

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint [redacted] and I happily accept Mr. Lyga's full refund offer.   I have spoken to Mr. Lyga and he has generously offered to refund the monies immediately.    Once recieved, I will gladly let the Revdex.com know that Mr Lyga has completely fulfilled his offer and I consider the matter successfully resolved.I wish the Back 9 Boardroom success in the future.
