The back center of Casper continues to send me bills that I do not owe them. If they would have correctly build my insurance they would’ve been paid over a year ago. Out of principle I have chosen not to pay them the amount they say I owe because, I overpaid on my out-of-pocket expense already. I know just from when I visited them that they did not know how to bill correctly because I had to call my insurance to find out what To pay them. my co-pay is $40 out of pocket and I paid them $80. That is what the lady on the phone from *** told me to pay. Since then I have been to many chiropractors and the most I’ve ever paid is $40. The back center says I owe them $165 even after the $80 I already payed them. I believe they entered the incorrect code and the insurance rejected the request for payment due to incompetence.
I fear if this matter is not corrected soon that they will turn me into collections and affect my credit.

I will try to add pictures.Long story short, we are in error.After digging through last year's EOB'sFrom *** I can see whereOur contractual agreement was not writtenOff. I got on with our tech support team and learned how to go back into June of 2019 and correct this error. I am deeply sorry. You are actually owed the full 80.00You paid us to be in proper balance.I don't know if you remember ***, my Office manager Johnny P, having a brain tumor. He was struggling in the office.July 15th, 2019 was his final paycheck.Brooke had completely taken over the frront office, and at Johnny's request he began working in a labor job that didn't require much human interaction and didn't tax his mental faculties.We reviewed Brooke's workmanship from 7/15/19 forward, but I have yet to review insurance EOB'S January 2019 up to To July 2019. I'm concerned this has happened to others perhaps. I've never hadA Revdex.com complaint nor any action against me in 34 years of practice.
