I have reviewed the response offer made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear

was not posted ANYWHERE when I came into the store to buy from this woman. Who knows when this sign was written, and it completely contradicts what she verbally guaranteed me. I had another person with me who heard her say several times that if the electronic did not work in 72 hours to bring it back for an exchange. I will attach where she told me I could come in to get an exchange. After the last message was sent, she never responded again, which is why I filed this complaint.
