The Bag Lady

I've been paying for this service for 8 months they promised twice a week pickup im lucky of they show up two or three times a month. last two months I started taking it all to the local dump myself and paying again to have it disposed of. Not cool at all I've made the business aware twice now nothing has changed and it 4pm on a Friday afternoon and it still hasn't been picked up.

Worst customer service ever. She's very rude. No matter how nice you try to be. Every single phone call with her is uncomfortable. She told me that if I didn't like it I could go somewhere else. And I hadn't even finished my sentence with her. I just wanted to know why they didn't pick up. When you first start using their service, they will tell you they pick up even on Holidays. That's untrue. She was very very ugly to me. I have never been spoken to that way by any business owner. I hope they change their attitude. A blessing for me because I found someone else and she was a really really sweet lady. I think we will be much happier now.
