THIS CUSTOMER WANTED TO INSTALL TWO NEW DRIVES ON HIS BOATTHE DRIVES THAT HE WANTED TO INSTALL ARE NOT FACTORY DRIVES AND DO NOT DIRECT BOLT ONTO HIS BOATWE GAVE HIM A ROUGH IDEA OF WHAT THE INSTALL WOULD COSTWE ALSO TOLD HIM THAT WOULD WOULD NEED TO SEE THE BOAT BEFORE WE COULD GIVE HIM A QUOTEONCE HE BROUGHT THE BOAT IN WE TOLD HIM THE PRICE TO INSTALL THE NEW DRIVE THAT HE BROUGHT WHICH WAS ONLY ONE DRIVEHE AGREED TO THE PRICE AND WE DID THE INSTALL OF THE AFTER MARKET DRIVE AND THE THE WORK TO THE EXISTING DRIVEAS MOST ANYONE KNOWS, USING AFTER MARKET DRIVES ON A BOAT ALWAYS NEED SOME TYPE OF MODIFICATIONTHIS WAS THE CASE WITH HIS NEW DRIVEHIS RAM SET UP AND TRIM WAS NOT COMPATIBLE WITH HIS EXISTING DRIVE THEREFORE, IT HAD TO BE MODIFIEDHIS TRIM RAMS ALSO NEEDED TO BE MODIFIED IN ORDER TO FIT THEM ONTO HIS STOCK HOUSINGTHE CABLES SUPPLIED ALSO NEED MODIFICATION AS WELL AS A NEW SHIFT CABLE WHICH THERE ARE TWO.ALL OF THIS WORK DONE AND THE CUSTOMER WAS NOTIFIED ALONG THE WAY OF WHAT NEEDED TO BE DONETHERE WAS A PROBLEM WITH A CLAMP THAT WAS LOOSE ON ONE OF THE EXHAUST BELLOWS THAT WAS OUR FAULT AND WE WOULD HAVE BEEN HAPPY TO FIX THAT PROBLEMIN THE INTEREST OF CUSTOMER SERVICE I WOULD BE WILLING TO REFUND THE CUSTOMER HOURS OF LABOR THE DOLLAR FIGURE HE IS TALKING ABOUT IS NOT FOR THE LABOR OF THE BELLOW THAT WAS LOOSETHE TOTAL LABOR FOR THE BELLOWS ON BOTH DRIVES WAS

I would rather have my last payment back of $the boat didn't work when I left there it worked before I took it there both drives would raise and lower now only the Port Drive raises the Starboard Drive doesn't and the Bellows needs to be hooked up that is why I would like my last payment backBut I Will accept hours labor and I will wait while the bellows is reattached to the boat like it should have been from the beginningI will not leave my both there that is a long way for me to drive to go back and pick it up again when the work should have been done properly in the first place

I DONT KNOW WHAT THIS CUSTOMER WANTS FROM USHE SAID THAT HE WAS UNHAPPY AND WANTED HIS DOLLARS BACKAS YOU CAN SEE IT WAS REFUNDED ON 5/.1/FROM CHASE BANK WHICH IS ATTACHED TO THIS RESPONSETHIS CUSTOMER HAS GONE OUT OF HIS WAY TO COMPLAIN TO EVERYONE AND FILED COMPLAINTS WITH THE Revdex.com AND ALLIANCE HE HAS SAID IN HIS REPLY HE WOULD LIKE HIS MONEY BACKWELL HE GOT ITWHAT MORE DOES HE WANT FROM US NOW? I DONT UNDERSTAND WHAT HE IS NOT HAPPY ABOUT NOWHE GOT A DRIVE INSTALLED ON HIS BOAT AND GOT HIS MONEY BACKPLEASE TELL ME WHAT I AM MISSING HERE

HIS TRIM RAMS ALSO NEEDED TO BE MODIFIED IN ORDER TO FIT THEM ONTO HIS STOCK HOUSING. THE CABLES SUPPLIED ALSO NEED MODIFICATION AS WELL AS A NEW SHIFT CABLE WHICH THERE ARE TWO.ALL OF THIS WORK DONE AND THE CUSTOMER WAS NOTIFIED ALONG THE WAY OF WHAT NEEDED TO BE DONE. THERE WAS A PROBLEM WITH A CLAMP THAT WAS LOOSE ON ONE OF THE EXHAUST BELLOWS THAT WAS OUR FAULT AND WE WOULD HAVE BEEN HAPPY TO FIX THAT PROBLEM. IN  THE INTEREST OF CUSTOMER SERVICE I WOULD BE WILLING TO REFUND THE CUSTOMER 2 HOURS OF LABOR . THE 1100 DOLLAR FIGURE HE IS TALKING ABOUT IS NOT FOR THE LABOR OF THE BELLOW THAT WAS LOOSE. THE TOTAL LABOR FOR THE BELLOWS ON BOTH DRIVES WAS 875.00.
