This company took $385 of my money for ZERO product or service, before they even had any information from me to start work,and refuse to refund. On Dec 3, 2013 a charge of $385 was made to my Paypal/Bill Me Later account by Bakos Group. Bakos Group then sent me an initial questionnaire that was needed to fill out before they began work (exhibit 1a), which I did not complete. Less than 48 hours later on December 5, 2013 I notified Bakos Group that I had changed my mind about the purchase because it was too much for me to pay as an individual who is unemployed. They returned an email stating they had received this reques. I was well within 2 days to change my mind, and had not submitted the initial questionnaire for them to do any work. On Dec 9, 2013 I received a new email from Bakos Group stating they were going to keep more than half of my money. I have not received anything for these funds, nor do I agree to such an outrageous demand. To date I have received no refund whatsoever. I request the full refund of $385 to which I am entitled I am requesting an expeditious resolution of this dispute, as this case should be very clear.Desired SettlementI want a FULL REFUND of my money ($385). Received 10:20AM, another version of her resume, combined with Linkedin and Facebook addresses, in contradiction to her complaint.December 5 - Ms. [redacted] cancelled her order. A Stop Order was placed on her file.[redacted] may have misunderstood the process. We wish to remind her that there is no limit to the number of revisions. Additionally, her BAKOSresume is backed with a no-time-limit performance guarantee: If at any time her BAKOSresume does not procure a job, for any reason, our master professional writers will rewrite it free of charge. Also, as a customized service that incurs professional irreversible expenses, we regret that a refund cannot be offered. There was a questionnaire emailed to me to get started which I never filled out. There is no POSSIBLE way the job should have been started - especially for the high price-without the questionnaire filled out. This would not be proper service and would not be what I purchased in the first place.I reiterate that I have not received a SINGLE OUNCE of service related to this nearly $400. Bakos Group has kept my money and provided absolutely NOTHING in return.Final Consumer Response Please note this company has still not removed my charges or provided the full refund. I canceled before I provided the information they needed to perform the services. The complaint has been adjudicated twice in other forums in our favor. Revdex.com has also adjudicated this same issue. Numerous generous offers have been made through Revdex.com and rejected by Ms. [redacted]. In fact, we invited a reasonable offer from her that was also rejected.We wish to remind Ms. [redacted] that if at any time she would like to complete her resume, an email from her to [redacted]@BakosGroup.com will be required to continue her resume process. There is no revision limit and her completed resume with be protected with our performance guarantee: If at any time the resume does not perform to her expectations, we will re-write it.We know that another generous offer would be futile. Therefore, no other offer will be presented, only to be rejected again.Be advised that we take great offense to her untruthful, vitriolic statements and respectfully request that Revdex.com close this case again, and permanently.
