Review: The Ballot Box company did not properly represent my candidate statement for an election at homeowners condominium association in [redacted].Desired Settlement: In attempting to correct the matter the company needs to re-send ballots with all candidate statements to be fair.

Review: Simply put, Ballot Box ran the election for our HOA at Westlake in Sacramento, CA and they were horrible in a variety of ways. Most glaring was the fact they did not even have one of the main candidate's information and forced the association not only additional costs to mail out again to the ~250 homeowners, but take away the candidate's democratic right to a fair election and our right to elect the correct individual fairly. Definitely would not recommend them going forward!Desired Settlement: I simply want this to be known for all the HOA associations out there as these type of inadequate companies that are typically in-bed with the management company costs homeowners hundreds of millions of dollars by not allowing the proper board members to get elected. As a result, expenses go through the roof, inadequate service comes about, and overall home values decline causing a whole host of other problems (i.e. as seen by the results of the real estate crash we're just all starting to recover from). Justice!!!
